    MSDGA-I on-line monitoring system of gas in transformer oil realizes the fine analysis of transformer oil by gas chromatography, which has the characteristics of accurate measurement, fast analysis and real-time monitoring. The monitoring system is mainly used to measure and analyze the trace fault gas contained in the insulating oil of oil-immersed power equipment, and can capture the potential fault information of transformer equipment in real time to ensure the reliable operation of transformer equipment.

    MSDGA-I transformer oil gas on-line monitoring system is based on the urgent needs of power users, for the transformer internal overheating and discharge faults such as the development of monitoring equipment, the equipment to make up for the lack of off-line test cycle long, can be on-line timing of long-term monitoring of oil-immersed transformer running status, the results of the timely upload to the background of the monitoring system.

    After more than ten years of continuous and repeated research, combined with its professional advantages in the production of high-pressure equipment, Baoding Electric Technology Co., Ltd. has applied the current advanced gas chromatography analysis and fault diagnosis technology on the basis of comprehensive research on the characteristics of various online monitoring technologies at home and abroad.

    The composition of the new MSDGA-I transformer oil gas online monitoring system is divided into three parts: MSDGA-I transformer oil gas online monitoring device (referred to as the device) background monitoring system cable and other connecting parts.

    2.1 functional indicators

    Detection cycle: minimum 2 hours, the longest detection cycle set arbitrarily.

    Degassing method: dynamic headspace vacuum double degassing.

    Carrier gas mode: 2 8L high purity air cylinders or self-contained gas generator (optional).

    Alarm setting: each gas concentration overrun alarm.

    2.2.2 Measurement repeatability requirements

    Under the condition of repeatability, the relative standard deviation RSD of the total hydrocarbon test results of 6 times is less than or equal to 5%.

    2.2.3 Minimum detection period

    The minimum detection period of the device is less than or equal to 4 hours.

    2.2.4 Requirements for carrier gas usage times

    The gas supply mode with loaded gas cylinders is equipped with 2 gas cylinders, one for use and one for standby; it can also be equipped with self-contained gas source generator device, which is maintenance-free.
