1. Real-time monitoring: on the centralized control unit and the central monitoring host, the leakage current of the monitored line can be displayed in real time, and the change trend curve can be displayed on the monitoring computer, which is helpful for maintenance personnel to accurately judge the insulation condition of the system and help maintenance personnel to make maintenance plans.
2. Four-level early warning function: support four-level (alarm level can be set) early warning, such as three-level setting value can be set 300, 2000, 3000(mA). When the system detects that the leakage current value exceeds the early warning fixed value, an alarm will be issued and adjusted to the lower-level fixed value after automatic delay. According to the length of the alarm interval, the development speed of leakage fault can be judged to determine when to overhaul, which plays the role of condition-based overhaul and improves the reliability and continuity of power supply. At the same time, the corresponding trip action time and trip setting value can be set according to the on-site working conditions, in order to prevent large-scale power failure caused by leapfrog trip, or the user can also choose to switch to "no trip".
3. High sensitivity leakage detection transformer: Since the leakage current is usually mA level, the monitoring device is required to sample sensitively and accurately. The intelligent leakage transformer developed by our company adopts the automatic compensation design of "microcrystalline iron core" and "zero flux technology", so that the transformer is always in the ideal "zero flux" working state, and the sensitivity of the transformer is improved to the maximum extent. The leakage transformer adopts standardized design and has good interchangeability.
