The phase-to-ground short-circuit monitoring and protection device continuously monitors the zero-sequence CT current of each circuit, gives an alarm first and then trips after meeting the conditions, trips the shunt coil (shunt trip) of the phase-to-ground short-circuit protection outlet drive circuit breaker, cuts off the power supply fault line, and realizes the phase-to-ground short-circuit (zero-sequence) protection function. At the same time, the alarm contact outputs yellow light alarm to prompt the drawer to exit the zero-sequence protection, and adjust the setting value (current threshold and delay) of phase-to-ground short circuit protection to avoid huge economic losses caused by leapfrog trip and power failure.

    SW-DLZ200 phase-to-ground short-circuit monitoring and protection device and up to 9 high-precision zero-sequence current transformers are used in combination; one device is installed in each low-voltage cabinet to manage 9 outgoing circuits at the same time. The phase-to-ground short-circuit monitoring and protection device collects zero-sequence current signals, and the device gives an alarm when reaching the alarm set value. The device drives the shunt coil (shunt trip) of the circuit breaker when reaching the trip set value; the device is responsible for collecting zero-sequence current, zero-sequence current calculation, zero-sequence current primary and secondary isolation conversion, fixed value setting, protection logic judgment control, trip control export, data display, communication with upper computer and other functions, and can be flexibly configured according to field conditions.

One display host and multiple single phase-to-ground short-circuit monitoring and protection devices are installed in each low-voltage cabinet to manage multiple outgoing circuits. The display host group is responsible for parameter setting and local display, and RS485 communication mode is used for numerical setting and data display with multiple single-channel phase ground short circuit monitoring and protection devices. The single-channel phase ground short circuit monitoring and protection device is responsible for collecting zero sequence current, zero sequence current calculation, zero sequence current primary and secondary isolation conversion, and setting of fixed value (when there is no display host, it can be referred by computer software
